I have noticed recently that Your Move estate agents have started marketing this gorgeous two bedroom property in Glendower Road, Peverell, which has come to the market using a Guide Price of £180,000 - £190,000.
Given the popularity of Peverell at the moment I would be surprised if this property is on the market for long. We marketed a similar property in the road which was sale agreed within a week.
Coming to the market in mid-November many panic many sellers but will the busy market at present there is personally no better time to think about selling.

The Cold Weather has hit Peverell
Well we now into November and properties in Peverell are still selling. At present there are 98 properties in Peverell either on the market or sale agreed.
The great news is 53 of the 98 are sale agreed, that's 54%, which is a great statistic and some of the properties that have sale agreed have done so within the first two weeks of coming to the market.
We are now entering what is very often a quieter time of the year however there are still positive signs coming from the Peverell property market. In fact yesterday I carried out 3 viewings with 2 proceed-able buyers looking to live in the Peverell postcode. Plus today we have another 2 viewings in Peverell and tomorrow more viewings going ahead.
Wow, it really is a great time to be on the market certainly a great time to be on the market in Peverell.
This is of course helped by the amazing mortgage rates currently available with some rates starting down at 1.25% on a 75% mortgage but even when you are borrowing 90% there are still some fantastic rates under 2.5%. The mortgage market is certainly helping to fill buyers with confidence.
During the last couple of months of the year, one noticeable change is the number of new listings coming to the market. This happens year on year before we see an increase again in January. I would be suggesting if you are thinking of selling given the strength of the market at present now is a great time to sell your property and given current statistics in Peverell you will likely be sale agreed before Christmas.
