Peverell Property Market Update

Almost the end of the second month of 2017 and what is the situation with the property market in Peverell? 

Well it's all about the lack of properties available at the moment. Currently there are only 36 available properties in Peverell the lowest this has been for the last 18 months. At present 45 are sale agreed. 

Both the sales and lettings market remain strong in Peverell and certainly there are no signs at the moment of this changing. Demand for Peverell continues to be high but with a shortage of properties across most areas of Plymouth is this stopping people putting there property onto the market.
