We have been doing plenty of research within the Peverell property market and one thing is clear to see a large proportion of properties within Peverell are Homeowners and not Rental properties.

There are a number of reasons why people love Peverell from its proximity to Parks, easy access to the City Centre and the lovely Edwardian houses but one thing is for sure though there will be no Pub's within Peverell as the terms on which the land was sold stipulated that no pubs should be built on the land.
