So far this month, I have seen an uplift in new properties coming to the market for sale within the Peverell property market. In fact there have been 17 new properties come to the market in only 16 days.  

The uplift in new instructions is most likely down to homeowners hoping to grab themselves a sale prior to what can be a slightly quieter market. Even some people will be hoping to move house before Christmas which I have to admit is looking less likely now with only 10 weeks till Christmas.
