Interestingly enough the Peverell property market has done very well over the last two weeks. There have been a mixture of properties which have sold from a four bedroom house which has sold in Forest Avenue at £228,500, a 3 bedroom in Thornbury Park Avenue at £200,000 and a 3 bedroom in St Georges Avenue at £174,950.
Now that the cold wet weather has arrived its great to see MORE properties are sale agreed in Peverell than are available. At present there are 55 available properties and 61 sale agreed within the area. Over the next 8 weeks leading up to the end of 2015 I will be keeping an eye on what happens to properties in Peverell and certainly hope to have many more good news stories in the coming weeks.
