Peverell Market Update

Well here we go the last 3 months of 2016 and 3 months since Brexit. What's happening to prices and property and how is the market currently looking? 

Well the market is good, after what was a quieter than expected July due to the fall out from Brexit we saw steady increases week on week during August with the number of new instructions being at a fantastic level. This then saw a fantastic period of sales in property all across Plymouth with Peverell continuing to do well. 

Over the last 14 days in Peverell there have been 10 price reductions all trying to take advantage of this busy sales market. I have attached some links below to the price reduced properties and also some links to the recent sales.
