I have noted below some average price stats between January 2017 to the end of August 2017.
Over the last few weeks I have certainly noticed a slow down in Peverell with a number of Peverell listings staying on the market for longer than the normal 3 weeks. This is likely caused by the time of the year and I certainly do not see this continuing into 2018.
As you will see from the average prices we have seen an increase across the Peverell postcode during the year and across Plymouth (postcodes PL1 to PL6) we have seen an increase across the market of 6%.
Average House Prices (Jan to end of Aug)
2 Bedroom Houses - £166,750
3 Bedroom Houses - £217,043
4 Bedroom Houses - £247,333
5 Bedroom Houses - £288,000
