Mansbridge Balment have started marketing a 4 bedroom family home on Peverell Park Road, the main road to adjoining Central Park and what a lovely house this one looks.

Family homes on this road do not tend to be on the market for long with buyers loving the size and space on offer.

Properties on Peverell Park Road however tend to vary in price anything between £200,000 up to £300,000.
