Having looked at the photos of this house you can see it has been beautifully presented by the current owners with its clever use of colours and plus it even has a kitchen extension which will be a real bonus. 

Having researched comparable properties in the road its interesting to see no houses have ever achieved this price in the road so I will be keen to see if this property sells and at what price.
