The market continues to excel with at present over half of all properties on the market sale agreed.

Welcome to 2018

Happy New Year to everyone and welcome to 2018. 

This post is only a short update following the Christmas break, one thing that was clear is that the Peverell market and the Plymouth market slow down in December, with very few houses coming to the market. There where a few sales across the market but as most agents would say everyone had more important things to do during December. 

What is noticeable is the change that January has brought, the market has started with a bang, plenty of viewings, plenty of valuations and lots of new houses coming to the market.

I see no reason why we won't be seeing many new properties and sales happening across Peverell this month and going forward in the next few months.
