Peverell Market Update

Almost a fortnight since my last update about the Peverell market and its great to say the area is still proving popular with buyers. The property market across Plymouth is continuing to be active and this is a positive sign heading into the Summer months in fact we have sale agreed properties across all areas of Plymouth within the last two weeks.

Over the last two weeks there has been 8 sales within Peverell and what is interesting to see is the variation in properties.

Peverell has increased to 57.5% of its properties sale agreed over the last two week. Compared to its neighboring areas Mannamead which currently stands at 42.2% sale agreed and Hartley which 47.7%.
