Currently there are 121 properties on the market or sale agreed within Peverell. 57% of the market in Peverell is actually sale agreed and over the past couple of weeks I have noticed some of the new listings being sale agreed within a few weeks of coming on the market.

In total there have been 12 sales over the last 16 days which is fantastic and just shows that people are still buying properties and most importantly people are buying houses in Peverell.
