I appreciate you adding the price of this one, especially in relation to the previously sold properties. The good housing market, though, is likely to be the cause of the price chance, as you noted. ReplyDeleteMany thanks for commenting, the market has been good in Peverell which has of course helped price's being achieved. The position of this house is great and also benefited from a good sized garden.
