Average House Prices 2016 
1 Bedroom Flat - £109,000
2 Bedroom Flat - £117,166 
2 Bedroom House - £177,055
3 Bedroom House - £211,676
4 Bedroom House - £238,951
5 Bedroom House - £273,000 


Also during January to September we saw that Glendower Road proved to be the busiest selling road with 9 sales taking place during this period of time.
